Dr. Woody Goulart had to shut down the Nevada limited liability company formerly known as “B COM, LLC” in 2020 due to the economic downturn caused by the coronavirus. The shutting down was accomplished through official notifications that were sent to the IRS, the Secretary of State in Carson City, NV, and to the business licensing department in the City of Las Vegas, NV.
