Woody Goulart is a communications leader, strategist, and practitioner. He has managerial experience in commercial media companies. He has media spokesperson experience dealing with complex customer service issues in a municipal regulation context. He has written speeches and op-eds for organization leaders and advised executives on communication strategies and campaigns. Woody Goulart has been photographing people and places since the 1970s. Today, he works almost exclusively using digital cameras unless he gets an itch to use a 35mm film camera just for the fun of it. With his lens, he captures a split second of life and emotions.
